All of our candidates complete a standardized, 200 item personality screen. This screen assesses such traits as Conscientiousness, Emotional Stability, Likeability, Reliability and 50 other personality traits related to nanny performance. This scientifically validated screen also includes a validity scale to measure whether a candidate answers the questions in a consistent and truthful manner. Approximately one out of six candidates pass this screen making them eligible to continue with the remainder of our screening process.
