How We're Different
1. We interview all nannies using an extensive, structured interview
(approximately 2 hours). We are NOT simply an online database.
2. We value your time--You won't waste time interviewing nannies
who are underqualified or mismatched to your requirements. Most
of our families hire the first or second nanny candidate we send
them.
3. We conduct background checks for your safety--a check
of misdemeanor and felony court records for each county in which the candidate
has lived We also perform driving record
checks and all nannies are required to have current CPR and First
Aid certification.
4. When you select a nanny candidate, we recommend "trial
work days" (up to two weeks) before you formally hire her.
5. We maintain a one year replacement policy**. If your
nanny were to leave for any reason within one year, (other than
if she were not receiving the agreed-upon pay or hours), then
we would replace her at no additional charge.
6. We would be delighted to meet with you personally in our
offices to discuss your needs and the resumes and qualifications
of nanny candidates---we are not a "virtual" company.
